Product Manager

About the role

This role involves engaging directly with enterprise clients to lead discovery, uncover business challenges, and design tailored AI solutions on the Unframe platform. You will own the work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through to final deployment. The position requires managing multiple engagements simultaneously with evolving requirements and short planning horizons.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows and identify fundamental operational needs.
• Translate customer problems into structured solution plans and write detailed specifications.
• Define prompt and context structures to bring AI solutions to life.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions and manage project tradeoffs.
• Act as the voice of enterprise operators while identifying reusable product patterns for the platform.
