Senior Service Designer, Food Systems & Fulfillment

About the role

The Enterprise UX practice at HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Service Designer to shape physical and digital product experiences for the company's supply chain. You will investigate current workflows, map processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate scalable solutions. This role focuses on optimizing procurement and ingredient data flow within the Food Systems alliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead strategic Definition Sprints to uncover user needs and validate hypotheses.
• Map current enterprise processes and systems to identify pain points and design optimized workflows.
• Partner with and inspire other enterprise designers to excel in service design and prototyping.
• Understand user journeys of Recipe Developers, Menu Planners, and Buyers to advocate for their needs.
• Develop and align design concepts with the Enterprise Design System for scalability.
• Form collaborative partnerships with product owners, engineers, and researchers to elevate UX solutions.
• Mentor and coach designers in creating effective user experiences.
• Create UX/UI flows that address complex enterprise problems.

Qualifications
