ActAI is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with founders and senior leadership on high-priority initiatives. This role is designed for a highly capable generalist who can drive projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion. The successful candidate will turn ideas into execution and create meaningful impact within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
• Represent ActAI at events, communities, and external engagements.
• Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
