Broker Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Broker Business Development Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with broker firms across the UK to generate new business for Allica Bank. You will manage the full client journey from referral to onboarding and funding, while acting as a key point of contact for commercial finance brokers. This role focuses on growing the bank's presence through a consultative sales approach and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial finance broker firms, driving engagement across cold outreach, inbound interest and active referrers.
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with broker firms, increasing Allica’s visibility across their teams.
• Introduce and support adoption of the Business Rewards Account and cash-management products, overseeing the full onboarding, funding and usage journey for clients.
• Qualify lending opportunities and ensure firms are correctly aligned with their original brokers for products such as commercial mortgages and asset finance.
• Manage a portfolio of onboarded clients, being the point of contact for complex enquiries and providing a best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, attend events and webinars, and provide firms with knowledge packs, marketing support and joint initiatives.
• Manage your introducer portfolio through CRM discipline, track progress, meet personal objectives and uphold compliance and operational standards.
