About the role

PolicyMe is seeking a Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to help modernize the insurance industry by providing a digital-first, customer-centric experience. You will manage a high-volume inbound pipeline, educate prospective customers on coverage options, and close policies while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards. This role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine sales processes and contribute to the company's growth in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective customers on Home & Auto insurance options using a digital platform.
• Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline of leads through phone, SMS, and email.
• Track all customer interactions and deal stages within HubSpot.
• Recommend coverage based on customer needs using a consultative approach.
• Build and refine sales scripts, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve digital client experiences.
• Ensure all interactions remain compliant with RIBO requirements and carrier guidelines.
