About the role

As a working student in Controlling, you will support our team in daily operations and gain insights into how a company with 400 million euros in revenue functions. You will work with real data and evaluations, learning to use AI, automation, and data to drive impact within a small team. No prior controlling experience is required, as we value curiosity, diligence, and a desire to understand the numbers behind our business.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly reporting by preparing data and tables and checking figures for plausibility
• Participate in evaluations for various departments and learn key performance indicators
• Use AI tools for data preparation, initial analysis, and minor automations
• Maintain overviews and dashboards to ensure information remains current and reliable
• Question results, including those from AI tools, before they are used further
• Perform smaller analyses independently as you gain experience
• Collaborate with various departments to gain direct insight into operational business

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, (Business) Mathematics or a comparable field for at least 12 months
