About the role
Upside is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead product commercialization and drive retailer adoption. You will act as the voice of the retailer, bridging the gap between product development and go-to-market teams to ensure successful feature launches and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can distill complex product value into compelling narratives for sales enablement and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Champion the voice of the retailer by using market and competitive research to influence product strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison between Product and Retailer Go-to-Market teams to align on roadmap priorities.
- Define internal product go-to-market hierarchies to ensure effective launches and positive retailer reception.
- Contribute to pricing strategy to ensure price points reflect product value and meet retailer expectations.
- Drive adoption of new products and features among target prospects, channel partners, and existing retailer partners.
- Identify and document new product use-cases based on retailer pain points.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to equip Sales and Accounts teams with effective product storytelling tools.
