About the role

The Site Associate will support the Editions delivery-only kitchen business by maintaining high operational standards and ensuring seamless order flow. This role involves hands-on tasks including equipment cleaning, dispatch support, and collaborating with partners and riders to ensure site efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute regular deep cleaning of equipment and communal areas to maintain health and safety standards.
• Support dispatch operations by moving food from partner kitchens to the dispatch area.
• Communicate effectively with riders to ensure fast delivery.
• Manage pot wash duties and keep kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
• Conduct regular site checks with management to identify and resolve safety or cleanliness issues.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to site efficiency.
