Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of rapid grocery delivery sites, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient dispatch. This role involves leading daily site operations to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring household essentials are delivered quickly. You will work in a hands-on environment to maintain operational excellence and support the site team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing.
• Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
• Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
• Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.
