About the role

Kinly is seeking an AV Technician to join their judicial sector team to deliver and install audiovisual requirements into Law Courts across England and Wales. The role involves preparing equipment, managing assets, and providing on-site support to ensure excellent service for clients. This is a client-facing position that requires travel, heavy lifting, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining Audio Visual equipment
  • Performing PAT testing of electrical equipment
  • Maintaining records of hire equipment on the asset management system
  • Managing consumable stock levels
  • Securely wiping and updating Government hire PCs
  • Delivering and collecting equipment to client venues
  • Installing and de-rigging AV requirements for court presentations
  • Liaising with clients and the office to ensure smooth event operations
