Responsibilities
- Manage strategic procurement and development projects from product idea to market launch with a focus on time-to-market, quality, and profitability.
- Identify, qualify, and manage international suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMOs) while building sustainable partnerships.
- Introduce trends and innovations into the product development process.
- Conduct market, competitor, and profitability analyses to derive concrete sourcing strategies.
- Develop and negotiate specifications, pricing structures, and contracts in an international environment.
- Support the further development of strategic initiatives such as M&A, supplier integration, or process optimization.
