Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns from initial concept to evaluation, focusing on lead generation and brand positioning. This role involves managing paid campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and acting as a strategic sparring partner for the digital marketing team. The goal is to ensure the sales team is consistently supplied with qualified leads while driving the company's digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Position the agency strategically in the market and develop target-group-oriented value propositions.
• Conceive and manage lead funnels and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Develop tracking taxonomies and build reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns including SEA, social media, newsletters, and events.
• Develop content and storytelling strategies for web, social media, and newsletters.
• Manage automated customer journeys and email campaigns using CRM tools.
