About the role

Nivoda is seeking a creative storyteller to serve as the Senior Content and Social Media Manager, responsible for owning social channels and driving marketing campaigns. This role involves managing the content calendar, executing end-to-end campaigns, and ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across social media and newsletters. The successful candidate will act as the connective tissue within the marketing team, turning major content moments into engaging, social-first content.

Responsibilities

• Own Nivoda’s social media channels end to end, from strategy and calendar to publishing and community.
• Act as the main creative force behind marketing campaigns, shaping stories and ensuring consistency across channels.
• Plan and run campaigns end to end, including briefs, timelines, assets, and launches.
• Manage The Modern Jewellers Playbook newsletter and integrate it with other publishing efforts.
• Transform major content moments into a steady stream of social-first content.
• Write engaging social and short-form copy that resonates with independent jewellers.
• Collaborate with designers, video partners, and paid marketers to ship and amplify high-quality content.
• Track performance metrics across channels to refine the content calendar and strategy.
