Staff Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Join the AI Engines team to build and ship customer-facing AI solutions for over 600,000 business customers. You will combine Generative AI with proven machine learning techniques to create products that deliver measurable impact while ensuring reliability, privacy, and continuous production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models end-to-end from product requirements to training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate ML models into the product ecosystem by collaborating with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers.
• Build and scale the ML Ops framework, including model drift detection, performance tracking, and automated retraining pipelines.
• Implement robust technical solutions for production environments with a focus on quality assurance and monitoring.
• Mentor peers and contribute to internal tooling improvements to raise the technical bar for the team.
