Data & Analytics Lead

About the role

Reform UK is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to build an organisation-wide data and insight function from their Westminster headquarters. The role involves integrating disparate data sources into a coherent decision-making system to support senior leadership and operational teams. You will design the data stack, establish reporting standards, and foster a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build the organisation-wide data and insight function
• Map major data sources, owners, and decision needs to identify gaps and fragmentation
• Design and implement a practical data stack integrating digital, membership, and campaign systems
• Create intuitive dashboards and scorecards focused on actionable decision-making
• Establish data governance, compliance with UK GDPR, and clear data-quality standards
• Train colleagues to increase data literacy throughout the organisation
