Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The Cloud Infrastructure team is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure foundation that enables engineering teams to ship products safely and quickly. You will take ownership of critical platform services, modernize Kubernetes operations at scale, and support engineers across the business. This role involves solving complex infrastructure problems that power the company's fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Terraform modules and infrastructure patterns that other engineering teams build on
• Manage production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including performance tuning and service mesh implementation
• Lead security and compliance work across frameworks such as PCI DSS and SOC2, partnering with the Security team
• Define and monitor service reliability metrics, take part in on-call rotation, and drive improvements after incidents
• Improve developer experience through automation, better CI/CD pipelines, and clearer documentation
• Mentor other engineers on the team and contribute to technical design discussions
