Product Manager - UX/UI Focus

About the role

As a Product Manager at Reonic, you will own product problems from discovery through execution, working closely with customers, design, and engineering. You will focus on shaping the UX and UI of the product, turning complex workflows into simple, valuable experiences. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to directly influence how the product looks, feels, and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems end-to-end from discovery and definition through to launch and iteration.
• Design intuitive and efficient user experiences by turning complex workflows into simple solutions.
• Engage with customers to analyze feedback and identify pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts to explore and test solutions.
• Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to communicate requirements and manage technical trade-offs.
• Measure outcomes post-launch to continuously improve the product experience.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and development workflows.
