Senior Salesforce Administrator (RevTech)

About the role

The Senior Salesforce Administrator (RevTech) will provide technical ownership, administration, and optimisation of the company's Salesforce-based Revenue Technology stack. This role ensures that commercial systems are reliable, well-integrated, and capable of enabling scalable revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for the RevTech ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of RevTech tools including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, QuotaPath, and ABM platforms.
• Monitor and support integrations between Salesforce, RevTech tools, and other key business systems.
• Investigate data-flow issues and work with internal engineering teams or external partners to resolve them.
• Support key revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management.
• Ensure accurate and timely data flows between systems to support reporting and analytics.
• Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, documentation, and change management.
