Revenue Operations Analyst (CX)

About the role

The GTM Operations Analyst will drive operational excellence across customer experience, retention, and lifecycle workflows. This role involves managing CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, building reporting dashboards, and translating operational data into actionable insights to support proactive retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive operational dashboards in Looker, Vitally, or Power BI to track customer health, onboarding progression, risk signals, and lifecycle renewals.
• Manage HubSpot or Salesforce systems including field configuration, custom objects, data mapping, and user access management.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and behavioral indicators to identify at-risk accounts early and support proactive retention interventions.
• Map and evaluate post-sales and CX workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across CX platforms.
• Partner directly with CX leadership, Sales Operations, and GTM teams while conducting regular platform audits and workflow automations.

Qualifications
