Operations & Automation Engineer

About the role

The Operations & Automation Engineer will build scalable processes and automation solutions to support company growth. Starting in customer support to gain deep process understanding, the role involves developing an AI-powered ticket copilot and optimizing the internal tooling landscape. The goal is to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency across operations, finance, onboarding, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AI-powered customer support ticket copilot.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email to identify process gaps and edge cases.
• Evaluate, implement, and improve the operational tooling landscape including ticketing and automation platforms.
• Identify and execute automation opportunities across finance, onboarding, and customer success departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize requirements and iterate on automation solutions.
