About the role

Develocity is seeking a working student to support the Operations and Financial Management department. The role involves managing supplier registrations for customers, improving AI-supported workflows, and assisting with administrative and financial tasks. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-moving technology company while balancing academic studies.

Responsibilities

• Support the registration of Develocity as a supplier in customer procurement portals by completing questionnaires and gathering evidence.
• Learn and improve supplier registration processes and maintain associated documentation.
• Build, test, and improve AI-supported workflows using tools like Claude to reduce manual tasks.
• Assist in the introduction of new software tools and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Support the Business Administration and Finance teams with recurring tasks and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in a master's program in business administration, business informatics, financial controlling, or a comparable field
• C2 or native level German proficiency
