Product Manager - QA & Release Coordination

About the role

As a Product Manager at Reonic, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers to ensure new features are tested thoroughly and releases run smoothly. You will have significant ownership, working closely with engineering teams to improve both the product and the development process. Your role involves ensuring customer feedback is integrated into the product development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing for upcoming releases and continuously test new features during development.
• Track features, changes, dependencies, and release timelines while acting as a communication hub.
• Evaluate edge cases, usability, and customer workflows to improve overall product quality.
• Triage user feedback and bug reports, investigate issues, and translate findings into actionable tickets.
• Create release notes and conduct internal demos to communicate product changes.
• Collaborate with engineers to remove ambiguity and ensure features meet customer needs.
