Program Manager – Ecosystem Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Program Manager will act as the connective tissue between strategy and delivery for flagship AI programs across the Prosus portfolio. This role involves turning AI priorities into structured programs, ensuring senior stakeholder alignment, and driving the execution of initiatives across global brands. The successful candidate will operate in a high-visibility environment, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to shape how AI is deployed at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives and OKRs for complex, multi-stakeholder AI programs.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, governance, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and C-level executives.
• Translate ambiguous initiatives into clear plans, milestones, and actionable decisions.
• Unblock cross-team dependencies and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, management consulting, or chief-of-staff roles
• Experience within tech, AI, or fast-scaling consumer internet businesses
• English fluency
