Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead technical deployments of Refractal's AI security infrastructure at major banks, insurers, and enterprises across the UK and Europe. You will work directly within customer security and AI teams to integrate the product into their environments while feeding field insights back into the core product development. This role requires a blend of hands-on engineering, technical consulting, and strategic communication with security leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deployments from first integration to production with clear plans and success criteria.
• Integrate Refractal with customers' AI agents, copilots, models, and security tooling.
• Translate customer policies and regulatory requirements into enforceable controls.
• Help managed security service providers deploy Refractal for their own clients.
• Build connectors and reference implementations and ship fixes into the core product.
