Product Operations Manager

About the role

Almetra is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the delivery pipeline for their AI computer vision solutions in manufacturing. This senior individual contributor role focuses on designing operational systems, setting delivery standards, and driving improvements across the customer deployment process. You will act as a key bridge between customer IT teams, internal Product, and Engineering to ensure stable and scalable rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery pipeline end to end, with clear accountability for go-live outcomes across every customer
• Design the delivery model, including stages, handoffs, owners and service levels, and oversee installations and rollouts
• Set the standards for customer IT operations, from network and access setup to security reviews, and act as the escalation point
• Define the operational metrics that matter and run regular reviews to drive improvements
• Give leadership, Product and Engineering a clear view of delivery risks, and help shape how the function scales
