The Senior Growth Manager will support Reddit’s International Community team by developing and executing initiatives to strengthen user and community ecosystems. This role focuses on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, designing experiments, and scaling successful interventions into repeatable models. The position requires a blend of growth strategy, hands-on experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the user base and nurture communities.
- Design and execute growth experiments aimed at addressing gaps in content supply, community density, contribution, discovery, engagement, and user growth.
- Translate successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, processes, and recommendations that can be applied across markets.
- Monitor key growth and ecosystem indicators, including DAU, contribution, content supply, community health, and retention.
- Partner with various internal teams to provide insights, shape priorities, and scale growth initiatives.

Qualifications
