Senior Growth Manager

About the role

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will drive user and ecosystem growth by building and scaling communities and executing local growth initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and market ownership to strengthen Reddit's local presence and user experience. You will serve as a key member of the International Community team, leveraging data and operational expertise to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the user base and nurture local communities.
• Design, launch, and scale local growth programs aimed at strengthening Reddit's ecosystem of users, communities, and contributors.
• Serve as the local go-to person for providing market insights and local input to cross-functional teams including Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing.
• Monitor key country health KPIs and analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a local spokesperson for Reddit, building influential relationships and partnerships both on and off the platform.
