Junior IT Systemadministrator

About the role

As a Junior IT Administrator, you will support the maintenance, monitoring, and support of our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations at our headquarters and retail locations. You will assist in 1st-level user support, hardware and software configuration, and the setup of IT infrastructure for new retail sites. Additionally, you will document IT processes, manage inventory, and collaborate on IT projects with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level user support
• Perform on-site and remote support for retail stores
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks
• Assist in the planning and commissioning of IT infrastructure for new retail locations
• Document IT processes and maintain relevant reports
• Manage IT inventory and provide user training for standard software
• Participate in IT projects and coordinate with teams and external service providers
