About the role
The Offensive Security Engineer will strengthen the company's security posture by proactively testing and identifying vulnerabilities across external perimeters, physical office infrastructure, and endpoint defenses. This role involves continuous perimeter monitoring, adversary emulation, and collaborating with IT and security teams to convert exploitation insights into robust defensive controls.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, map, and test the entire external attack surface including domains, subdomains, and public IP addresses.
- Conduct adversary emulation exercises against internal and office endpoints to validate EDR, XDR, and SOC monitoring platforms.
- Evaluate the security posture of physical office hardware, corporate network equipment, and internal edge infrastructure.
- Perform scoped offensive testing on external-facing web applications and public-facing API endpoints.
- Translate discovery and emulation findings into repeatable defensive checks and remediation blueprints.
- Support the Purple Team in validating firewall rules, network segmentation, and EDR policies.
