Lead Frontend Engineer

About the role

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will shape and evolve the web platform in a technology-driven environment. You will take technical ownership of key areas, balancing hands-on development with architectural leadership to ensure scalability, performance, and high-quality user experiences. You will act as a mentor and sparring partner, driving technical decisions while collaborating across product and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend of the web platform using React and TypeScript
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions for a modular and future-proof platform
• Build reusable components, frontend modules, and backend-for-frontend solutions
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS
• Design and implement modern testing and quality assurance strategies
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve code quality and maintainability
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and engineering standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to frontend engineers
