Head of Engineering

About the role

As Head of Engineering, you will lead and scale a team of approximately 10 engineers while driving the development of an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform. You will act as a strategic partner to the C-level and product teams to define technical architecture and product strategy. Your role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, enabling team growth, and ensuring the platform scales effectively to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the engineering team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Develop and refine product strategy in partnership with C-level, product, and data teams.
• Architect scalable systems that support innovation, including AI components and data pipelines.
• Manage technical debt and ensure the long-term stability of the tech stack.
• Support sales and customer success teams by delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications
