Head of Engineering

About the role

Predium is building an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform for ESG and value management. As Head of Engineering, you will lead and scale a team of approximately 10 engineers, driving product strategy and technical architecture. You will foster a culture of high performance and innovation while ensuring the platform scales effectively to meet the needs of institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with C-level, product, and data teams to develop product strategy and technical solutions.
• Design and evolve the system architecture to support scalability and the integration of AI components and data pipelines.
• Balance the delivery of new features with technical debt management and foundational improvements.
• Support sales and customer success teams by ensuring the platform meets client needs and drives business growth.
