Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build software with and for customers, scoping problems and delivering end-to-end solutions. You will work closely with AI Deployment Strategists and the platform team to integrate REMATIQ into customer workflows and evolve custom solutions into core product features. This role combines software engineering with direct customer interaction in a high-stakes MedTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Scope technical requirements with customer project teams and subject-matter experts.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions including backend services, integrations, and AI workflows.
• Operate production systems, resolve issues, and serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
• Build integrations between REMATIQ and existing customer development and quality systems.
• Collaborate with the platform team to transition custom customer solutions into standard product capabilities.
• Identify and scope new use cases through ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer shipping production software
