Lead Deployment Architect - AI

About the role

The Lead Deployment Architect - AI serves as the technical authority for strategic customer accounts, shaping the design, architecture, and delivery of Celonis solutions. This role bridges pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring that complex enterprise deployments are architected for scale and effectively utilize AI-augmented workflows. You will act as a senior technical advisor to C-suite stakeholders while setting delivery standards and mentoring the broader deployment team.

Responsibilities

• Support Services scoping in pre-sales and define technical blueprints for enterprise deployments.
• Design secure, scalable end-to-end solution architectures and make architectural trade-off decisions.
• Design and validate AI agent workflows and develop reusable delivery templates and patterns.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders at strategic accounts.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure delivery teams adhere to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide field insights and influence the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership
• 3+ years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility
