Solutions Architect

About the role

Apaleo is seeking a technical expert to act as the primary technical voice for strategic customers during a period of AI-driven transformation in the hospitality industry. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities by designing solutions, building proofs of concept, and implementing AI agents. This role requires a blend of technical architecture skills, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to solving complex integration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for strategic deals.
• Build fast, working proofs of concept to demonstrate technical fit.
• Design and build agents and automations for customer use cases using tools like n8n or Make.
• Provide hands-on delivery and short-term solutions to unblock deals or remove adoption risks.
• Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates.
• Provide product feedback based on field evidence and prototypes.
