About the role

As a senior member of the Founders' Office, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from inception to completion. You will own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with senior leadership to drive strategic outcomes and identify new areas for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end by defining problems and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Take charge of initiatives that cut across commercial, product, or operations departments to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations for growth, new markets, and business lines.
  • Manage multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel depending on scale.
  • Identify and execute on the company's next strategic priorities.
