About the role
Weflow is seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and scale a partner ecosystem with a focus on private equity, RevOps agencies, and CRM implementation partners. You will own the partnership channel end-to-end, working directly with the CEO and GTM team to drive pipeline and revenue. This role involves structuring commercial models, managing partner relationships, and establishing scalable playbooks for the company's GTM engine.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Weflow's PE partnership strategy, targeting firms, operating partners, and portfolio-ops leaders.
- Structure commercial models for PE partnerships, including portfolio-wide rollouts, preferred-vendor arrangements, and referral agreements.
- Grow our program with RevOps agencies and CRM implementation partners, covering recruitment, enablement, partner economics, and joint go-to-market.
- Connect PE firms with the right implementation partners to deliver portfolio-wide rollouts quickly and consistently.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product to convert relationships into qualified pipeline and build supporting assets such as ROI cases and portfolio playbooks.
- Represent Weflow at PE events, portfolio summits, and partner networks.
- Establish playbooks and reporting that make partnerships a measurable, scalable part of our GTM engine.
