Strategy & Operations Lead

About the role

The Strategy & Operations Lead sits within the Founders' Office to drive the company's strategic direction and operating rhythm. This role involves managing the strategy cycle, translating goals into OKRs, and overseeing key improvement initiatives while collaborating directly with the leadership team. Additionally, the lead manages the company's partner ecosystem and senior industry advisor network to drive commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy cycle from analysis to written strategy and translate it into company OKRs and goals.
• Drive strategic and improvement initiatives end to end across the organization.
• Run the operating rhythm of the leadership team, including meetings, workshops, and offsites.
• Own the monthly company Assembly, including storyline and presentation development.
• Build and steer the partner ecosystem across hyperscalers, systems integrators, and consultancies.
• Manage the portfolio of senior industry advisors to capture insights and generate commercial opportunities.
• Prepare investor materials and board reporting for fundraising and quarterly cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or an operating strategy role inside a scale-up
