Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

About the role

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to drive technical evaluations and solution design for strategic accounts across EMEA. This role bridges the gap between sales and engineering, requiring a candidate who can lead technical discovery, execute proofs of concept, and advise on complex architectures. You will partner with account executives to ensure customer success from initial discovery through production launch and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities and map business goals to technical success criteria.
• Design, scope, and execute proofs of concept to prove value and define clear technical wins.
• Build lightweight prototypes, sample integrations, and demos using company SDKs and APIs.
• Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost across cloud, self-hosted, and hybrid environments.
• Manage security and compliance requirements, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 reviews.
• Create reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, runbooks, and field guides to scale regional efforts.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role focused on pre-sales
