Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer

About the role

The Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer will work with strategic customers to diagnose operational challenges and architect tailored AI solutions on the Celonis platform. This role involves prototyping state-of-the-art AI systems, demonstrating business impact to C-suite executives, and ensuring successful implementation and value realization. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive operational transformation and scale AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to architect, prototype, and build bespoke AI solutions targeting operational pain points.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-stakes Proof-of-Value projects, including LLM/agent systems with RAG and guardrails.
• Maintain active involvement with strategic accounts to ensure programmatic value realization and adoption.
• Codify work into reusable methodology and scalable assets to accelerate time-to-value and mentor junior peers.

Qualifications
