Senior Value Engineer - Aviation/Logistics

About the role

The Senior Value Engineer acts as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves managing the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing partnerships. You will translate customer objectives into value assessments, build business cases, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
• Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives
• Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
• Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present results and realized value to senior management
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform and apps

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
• Experience in an analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment
• Native-level or near-native German language skills
