Senior Value Engineer - CPG/Retail

About the role

The Senior Value Engineer acts as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves managing the end-to-end customer value journey, from initial engagement and proof-of-value projects to long-term adoption and expansion. You will collaborate with sales teams and partners to translate customer objectives into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact use cases and business cases
• Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects for C-level stakeholders
• Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities
• Derive and initiate improvement measures across core business functions
• Present realized value results to senior management and executive leadership
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases and customer needs

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
• Experience in an analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis and process improvement
• Experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting
