Responsable d'antenne (vitrage automobile)

About the role

The Responsable d'antenne will coordinate a team of three technicians and manage the daily operations of the branch located near Bordeaux. This role involves ensuring service quality, managing site logistics, participating in recruitment, and performing mobile automotive glass repair and replacement services at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor the technical team to maintain high service quality standards.
• Manage operational activities including supply chain, quality and productivity indicators, and vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to company visibility and branch development, including active participation in technician recruitment.
• Perform automotive glass installation interventions at customer homes following internal procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting with the Operations Manager.
