About the role

The Chargé d'Affaires - Responsable Travaux Datacenter will manage and develop a portfolio of projects, ensuring profitability, execution quality, and client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing global project operations, including costs, timelines, and performance indicators, while coordinating with site teams and managing subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Pilot global project operations including costs, timelines, quality, and invoicing.
• Optimize human and material resources and analyze performance indicators.
• Develop and retain the client portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and service providers and control service compliance.
• Plan and supervise datacenter construction sites in coordination with site managers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental rules.
• Perform economic and operational reporting and participate in budget preparation.
• Contribute to team skill development and support other project managers.
