Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager for the IoT Platform, you will take end-to-end ownership of the cloud and web-based platform supporting the company's connected hardware fleet. You will bridge the gap between internal tools, event-driven platform logic, and operational scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role involves defining product strategy, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring the platform remains reliable and scalable for complex business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a strategic part of the IoT platform from problem identification to implementation and continuous development.
• Develop and manage the product strategy for operational tools including configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet management.
• Translate the challenges and needs of internal operations teams into scalable product improvements.
• Manage event-driven services such as parking occupancy tracking and other platform-based functions derived from device data.
• Ensure platform logic is reliable, transparently monitorable, and scalable for complex business-critical use cases.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to align technical frameworks, user needs, and business priorities.
