About the role

The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls to U.S. business customers to present services and close sales. The role involves identifying leads, managing objections, and using persuasive communication to uncover business gaps and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to U.S. business customers
• Present client business services and manage objections to close sales
• Identify leads using client MQOs
• Make 90 to 100 cold calls daily to pitch products and services
• Use persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to meet customer needs
