About the role

Cognitivo AG is seeking an IT Consultant to support banking and payment clients through digital transformation and modernization projects. The role involves analyzing business processes, developing technical solution concepts, and acting as a bridge between business departments and IT teams. You will work on innovative topics such as Instant Payments, Open Banking, and the application of artificial intelligence to improve financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business processes.
• Develop technical and functional solution concepts from requirements analysis to implementation.
• Translate business requirements into functional concepts and user stories.
• Moderate workshops and act as a central interface between business, IT, and development teams.
• Identify digitalization potential and explore the use of artificial intelligence in financial services.
• Support presales and proposal processes with technical expertise.
