About the role

The Team Leader for Service Technicians will lead and manage a team of 15-20 technicians at the Ronnenberg location. This role involves overseeing administration, coordination, and quality assurance of service processes while fostering team development through feedback and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 service technicians both professionally and disciplinarily
• Oversee the administration, organization, and coordination of service operations
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and ensure team equipment is fully maintained
• Coordinate closely with internal interfaces and operational management
• Optimize material and logistics processes
• Organize training and development for technicians, including conducting theoretical and practical sessions
• Ensure the quality of the installation process in collaboration with quality inspectors
