About the role

Isar Aerospace is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director Marketing & Branding to lead the company's marketing and brand function. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the brand, generate demand, and accelerate commercial success in the European and international space sector. Working closely with Sales, Government Relations, Product, and the Executive Leadership Team, you will build marketing capabilities that scale alongside the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand strategy, identity, and messaging framework.
• Define and implement marketing strategies to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Translate complex technical products and launch services into compelling market-facing narratives.
• Lead company presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic forums.
• Oversee the digital marketing ecosystem, including website, social media, and analytics.
• Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing marketing team.
