About the role

The Senior Contracts and Budget Associate will review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements, including confidentiality disclosure agreements and clinical trial agreements. This role involves working closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with project timelines and expectations. The associate will also manage site budgets and maintain contract databases.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and negotiate Agreements and Amendments such as Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead interactions with North American and European internal study teams, sites, and sponsors.
  • Work with supervisors and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study team members and sponsors regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution.
  • Coordinate the execution of agreements and support the maintenance of contract files and databases.

Qualifications
